Comprehensive behavioral health support.
Right Step offers a continuum of youth- and family-centered behavioral health services. All services are subject to individual eligibility determination, medical necessity review, authorization, and insurance verification.

Outpatient Therapy & Behavioral Health Assessment
Our outpatient services provide flexible, individualized behavioral health care while allowing youth and families to maintain their daily routines. Appropriate for mild to moderate emotional or behavioral concerns, or youth needing continued support after a more intensive service.
Clinical Focus Areas
Evidence-Informed Approaches
Interventions may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, behavioral modification, and other approaches selected according to the youth's needs, age, diagnosis, strengths, and treatment goals.
Medication Services
When medication evaluation may support treatment, Right Step can coordinate or refer for psychiatric evaluation and ongoing medication management with qualified medical providers. Decisions are made collaboratively with the youth and legal guardian.
Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP) Services
The Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program provides structured, skill-based behavioral health intervention for eligible youth who require intensive therapeutic engagement and rehabilitation support. Services are designed to improve day-to-day functioning, emotional regulation, behavioral stability, social skills, problem-solving, and independent living abilities.
Programming may be provided for up to 15 hours per week, based on medical necessity, authorization, and individualized treatment planning.
Program Activities May Include
